What is Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

CST is a light touch therapy that has profound positive emotional and physical benefits for you the client.   Physical symptoms will often have an emotional component or underlying Trauma attachment. By releasing the negative emotional component from the tissues of the body using a technique called somato emotional release, you will connect to the authentic you and can begin to live your authentic life.

You will feel more in control of your health, sleep better, easing or elimination of chronic pain, release of stress & anxiety, for women better hormonal balance, increased energy levels, improved immune response to disease and so much more. Suitable for all age groups from conception to the elderly. Maria Gies CST-T & RGN

I am a Therapist & Registered nurse.

I work both on a part time basis.

As a young child, I had a desire to travel and I have fulfilled this dream by working as a nurse in many countries around the world. I love to learn about different cultures, lifestyles and local cuisine.

Back living in Ireland now, I have re qualified as a CST therapist after meeting a  wonderful therapist who worked wonders on my children and my husbands health . I absolutely love this therapy, its gentle but the effects are so positive in peoples lives. The power of gentle touch is priceless. Look forward to meeting you all.
